Please read through the following terms before completing the cancellation form.

1. eLime Hosting Company will not accept cancellations via any other method than this form. This is to protect the account owner from unauthorized cancellations.

2. Accounts less than 30 days old will receive a full refund for hosting fees, minus any set up and registration fees. If a refund is given via Credit/Debit card it may take up to 3-14 days before you see the money in your account.

3. Annual hosting accounts, including renewals after 30 days are non-refundable. If you do not want billed for next months hosting services please complete this form before the 1st of the month. Your account may be canceled the same day of completing this form, so make a backup of all your files on the server, including emails. Any/all DNS entries from your site will be removed from eLime's server upon cancellation. Month-by-month or Quarterly or Annual hosting fees are non-refundable. eLime Hosting Company\eLime Design Studio are NOT responsible for data loss!!

4. Domain cancellation can not be scheduled in advance, so do not complete this form until you are sure you want to cancel your domain name. Domains can not be cancelled through eLime Hosting Company nor eLime Design Studio. Contact your Domain Registrar if you have questions.

5. If your domain has expired, you will still be billed for your hosting account until you complete this form. This is a security measure since eLime Hosting Company has no clue when a customer will renew their domain name.

6. If you sign up for a hosting account with eLime Hosting Company and never upload files and/or point your web site to our server, you are still responsible for paying hosting fees until this cancellation form is completed. No refunds will be given if the account is past 30 days old.

7. If you or your web designer have transferred your site to a different host, you will continue to be billed for hosting each month until the cancellation form is completed. No refunds will be given if the account is past 30 days old.

8. If you have a dispute with us, please give us a call (970-518-2431) before taking action with your credit card company and/or bank. We will resolve any issue A.S.A.P! Charge backs are taken seriously and are automatically referred to a collections agency. If a refund is given via Credit/Debit card it may take up to 3-14 days before you see the money in your account.

Cancellations are processed from 9 AM MST to 10 PM MST daily. When submitting the form in that time period your account will be canceled within 2-5 hours. When your account is canceled you will receive notice from eLime Hosting Company. If you qualify for a refund it will be provided via PayPal or Check.
